When we want to keep fit or if we have a sickness and make us get limited at sugar consumption, we look for sugar free desserts that can give to us a pleasant sensation while being nutritive and healthy.

For whatever reason you are wanting to make sugar free desserts is good, because they are healthier than common desserts but the problem comes when we ask: How to make them taste so good as they would have sugar? Here you will find useful tips and advices based on my experience to make them taste better.

If you can't use sugar due to a sickness you should consult with your doctor about which supplements you
may use (it's really important), but if you don't want to use sugar because you want to keep fit you can use instead of white sugar the brown sugar that is fairly healthier and with a lot less in calories.

But if you don't to use any kind of traditional sugar, you could use honey which is an excellent supplement that in my opinion is better than sugar for many reasons and one of these is that while it keeps you healthier it gives to your desserts a fantastic flavor.

Another tip to make your sugar free desserts taste better is by using the famous Stevia, it's really recommended for people that want to keep in shape or have a sickness as diabetes. The Stevia gives to our desserts a really sweet flavor that I find even better than the flavor that sugar brings.  Also Stevia doesn't have "empty calories" that means it brings to your organism many nutrients and vitamins essential for the correct performance from our organism.

Remember that by following these tips you can make your sugar free desserts taste a lot better and of course that will help you in your purposes to live healthier.

Seafood And Pasta - Interesting Facts


What happens when we mix seafood and pasta?... Simply we obtain an exotic and tasty dish that surely will surprise your loved ones or people in your restaurant in case you own one.

When my family requests me to prepare a special pasta dish often I prepare some pasta with seafood but last weekend I surprised them with one of their favorite dishes: Farfalle pasta with shrimp. I hadn't done it for a long time and they were really happy when they knew they would eat that dish.

I'm writing this article to share some tips about how to prepare seafood and pasta together and as well share
some nice moments as the example above. It's fabulous the good moments food can make you feel specially with your loved ones.

If you choose to make pasta with shrimp I really advice you to make it a bit spicy, that really makes the flavor from shrimp more delicious and intense. I like to make it in an oriental style, a bit sweet and spicy sauce, sometimes I make this with farfalle pasta and other times with spaghetti or even fettucini.

Another times instead of shrimp I've used fish and oysters, I really like to make a soup of oysters with angel hair pasta or a delicious fettucini al pesto with grilled fish, it's simply delicious. Why grilled? Here is one tip I can give to you, when grilled the fish is better for pasta because the texture gets more dried but at the same time as you can add pepper and another common grill condiments you can really pomp up fish's flavor and make it fit better with pasta. Another interesting fact is that as fish is more dried than usually the pasta's sauce can perform better.

If you have enough experience you could experiment and come out with something different and delicious!

How To Make Delicious Desserts - Improve Your Desserts!


The desserts are a really important in our life, we love to feel the sweet taste from many of them but sometimes whhen we cook them we don't obtain the result we were looking for, something that makes us sad but don't worry anymore, here you will find a few tips to make everyone of your desserts a real pearl and make you feel very proud.

The first tip is really simple but at the same time really important, we pretend to do not care about the portion from every ingredient that composes our desserts and that's a very big mistake! Following this simple tip you will improve very much your desserts because they are really delicate in that aspect.

The second tip is to always care about the cooking process from our desserts, specially if they are cakes or
something that must be cooked in the hoven. Taking care about it is a key piece to more delicious desserts because it's when we make or break it. We must always be looking at our desserts caring about their cooking time and see if all is going okay, if you want to make an excellent dessert you must observe constantly its cooking process.

The final tip you should listen to is also really simple but extremely useful: Never experiment if you don't know anything about the recipe. That will lead only to bad tasting desserts and will make you sad about the dessert you've made, don't feel bad but by experimenting without any prior experience you are only keeping these delicious dessert you could make really far away. Once you've learned a lot about the recipe you want to prepare and after many times preparing it you can experiment and try obtain something better.

How To Make Better Pasta - Tips And Secrets You Must Know!


We all love pasta and in this article you are going to find some useful tips and secrets to improve your pasta cooking style to a completely new level.

The pasta dough is a critical part in every pasta dish because it's the principal structure, the reason of being from every pasta recipe. It has to be boiled "al dente" that means in a perfect texture where it is not so hard or smooth, it just has to be perfect.

Use your creativity!

Another tip to make better pasta is its presentation, if you serve it without an order or trying to give it an style simply it will look terrible and not so delicious as it should. The presentation really matters in every food incluiding pasta, so do not be lazy and give your pasta dish a really good looking appearance, it will take you only a few minutes but the results will be significantly better.
